Brown Brothers Meats

We went for their Pulled Pork Sandwich, Montreal Smoked Meat Sandwich, and Debrizini today at lunch time. For the price you pay, the quality of the food is good and the portion is really decent, especially the pulled pork bun (it was huge!) But I was expecting the pulled pork to be a bit more juicy. The guy was nice and patient. Haven’t tried their raw meat so the score is given based on the sandwiches.

Was a regular monthly customer. Our last purchase was over 200$.Home and zip sealed,and into freezer.Not again.Beware of bad meats being sold. Just this week ribs, hamburger, and today chicken. RANCID, GREEN, OR BAD SMELL. Shame on Brown Brothers Meats. My bussiness will go elsewhere.

This should be the ONLY place that you purchase your meat from in the city of Toronto. The quality and selection is excellent. I have been shopping here for years and years and will not shop anywhere else. The staff are all very friendly and absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond every time.I recently placed an online order with them it worked out perfect. It was already for pick up at the time I requested, everything was fresh and as usual the quality of the meat was amazing. I will definitely be ordering online from them until we are able to get out there in some sort of a normal world. One back rib for $16, 90% tendon, 10% muscle/fat. I typically don't post bad reviews but this was some of the worst money I ever spent on food. Good if you're looking to exercise your chew. Not good for grandma.

Whenever I can get to the shop I make every effort to go which is often around once per month. I live too far to make the trek down regularly but I will say this, if I am going for poultry and meat Browns Brothers is the only place I will shop at in St. Lawrence Market. The products are great and the prices are amazing. Never had any complaints about service or product freshness.

Pretty sure I was charged more than double I should have been. Was about 4 CAD a pound and I had a little over 2 lbs and I got charged more than 20 CAD.

DO NOT GO HERE! Tried to scam me by charging me $31 when the total should have been $20.40. He ONLY changed it when I noticed the price as I was actually paying attention to the price on the machine when it weighed the meat.Could easily have tapped my card if I wasn't paying attention. I wonder how many times theyve gotten ppl with this!

Best sausages at the saint Lawrence market. We tried the all dressed ones on the recommendation of the gentleman at the counter. It was the first day they were on the menu. They were a huge hit at our fathers day BBQ. Also, my son who is autistic and barely eats meat at all said the octoberfest ones were the best big kid sausages he ever had. So Iguess I know where we will be stocking up for our summer BBQs. Best price and best quality. Keep up the good work gentlemen ☺️

They do not prep and cut their chicken thighs properly, there's a whole bunch of tendon still attached to the chicken thighs. Been buying meat here for some time, but after the last time where the meat spoiled too quickly, too fast, I will never be buying anything from here again.

Disappointed. Do not buy the takeout BBQ rib. First of all, the price tag of whole rib was $28, but we were told that the price was $32 when we paid. Secondly, the BBQ rib was very very dry. And it turned out that the rib was boiled and not roasted. Totally a fraud.
