Blueridge Refrigeration has installed ductless heat pumps in my home two times. One Mitisubishi system, and one Daikin. Ed did excellent work for a good price both times.

I was with Ed for a long time. His rate is good but he charges 88$ for service charge even this is not a first time check up. I understand most trades man charge that for the time travel to a customer not knowing if the job is worth of the time. But I still get charged for this after more than 5 years of using his service. As a customer we do have tire right to ask why but he asked me to find someone else. That is ok as we have many good tech who will treat long time customer well even it is a small job. Small jobs also will turn into big jobs if long time customers will be treated right.

As our furnace stopped working and we were not comfortable with the first opinion of another company (Pacific Coast) that suggested we needed a new furnace even though ours was only 6 years old, Ed was quick to arrange a time to come, and gave us an honest assessment of the cost of the part which was almost half of what the other company were quoting for the broken inducer fan. He had the part in stock, and installed within a day. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Ed was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest about what was needed.

Ed installed a Fujitsu ductless air conditioning system into two rooms of our house. He is very professional and does neat work. We were extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. Don't walk, RUN!! We've used Ed for years but..... something has changed. Omg! Horrible workmanship (didn't pass inspection) passive aggressive attitude? (left such a mess of purple primer/glue all over the wall and hot water heater) Gas leak and he was unreachable, too many things went so wrong, unbelievable! Four times to fix mistakes, two inspections? Today City inspector passed! I wish him well but I hope I never have to see him again!
