My car battery was dead when I returned to my vehicle at a Costco parking lot. Ironically, I went to Costco to buy new battery to replace it myself the next day as a DIY project. I guess something just cannot wait...I called my credit card company's auto club roadside assistance number and they dispatched 009 Roadside Assistance to my rescue all the way from Guelph. The business owner (Mr. Johal if I got that right) was humble, personable, and pleasant to work with. He learned that I had a new battery in the trunk and he offered to replaced it for me for a reasonable price. I agreed and he got to work right at the parking lot. About 20 mins later I was ready to get on the road again.Not that I would look forward to more future roadside assistance or anything, but just in case I do, I would definitely consider this business!

Jagdeep was wonderful! I’d locked myself out of my car, while it was running, on a very cold morning.The wait time was minimal - about 15 minutes - he arrived quickly.He was kind, polite, professional and very efficient.I will definitely be calling Jagdeep again if I’m ever in a similar situation.Thanks for your help! :)Highly recommend.- Rachel

Excellent and fast service. Replaced my battery after it was dead, and unlocked my door that was stuck. He was there in 15 minutes and finished everything quickly.

Placed a flat tire call during the weekday evening rush hour and was given services by 009 Roadside Assistance. The man called to confirm the address before arrival, was there within 20 minutes of the initial insurance call, and had the tire changed to my donut and provided air to fill it, all in a professional and efficient manner. I did not seek 009 Roadside assistance on my own as it was provided to me through insurance, however I would absolutely recommend their services should you need help with your automobile in the Guelph area! Five stars to you sir!
