Brian helped me tow a broken boat trailer from Garrisson to Milaca. His responsiveness and competence to handle the job was appreciated since I could not be there.

Unethical company. They follow the cops around and force tow. Not a good company! STAY AWAY AND SAY NO to this company!

Slid too far off the shoulder at 1:00am at the peak of snow accumulation during a Winter Storm Warning and even after shoveling under and around car for 90 minutes, everytime I tried to back out of the ditch I kept sliding farther down the slope sideways so I was basically screwed. I was having trouble contacting towing outfits and when I finally got one he said he was too far and didn't want to drive out to help. Luckily he did recommend I call Johnson's Auto Transport. Call was answered right away and I was instantly assurred help would be on the way. He even made sure I knew it what it would cost to pull me out. I had no problem with the price. He guarded my safety when s big county snowplow was approaching had me out quickly but gently and even backtracked to flag me down to tell me I left my shovel at the site. Most pleased. I've paid more to be treated with a fraction of courteousness. Definitely recommend as I would not hesitate to use them again. P.S. He had a pretty truck too. Can I say that? He had a pretty rad truck too. That's better.

Called triple AAA. They assured me someone would be contacting me to help me soon. Called them back again 2 hours later (sitting in my car in the ditch) and they said they had no update and I had to wait in my car for them to eventually arrive. 3 hours later sitting in my vehicle waiting I was desperate. Called Johnson's auto and he arrived within 10 minutes and pulled me right out of the ditch. A little pricey probably (most tow companies are) but better than sitting in the ditch all night.

Got me and my MIL out of a tight situation on a very cold night. Incredibly kind, put up with our very barky dogs. An absolute godsend.

Fees were less than I expected, but still ur typical impound lot.

The man was very helpful...Easy going.
