They were turning customers away because they couldn’t figure out their new system… I had visited a week before and they also had the new system… shouldn’t take that long to learn, and definitely shouldn’t be turning away customers that had to wait a long time!

Worst experience ever at this location. Employee ignored me as I walked up to the postal counter and proceeded to answer the phone. Then explained how to cook something in the oven with Mrs Dash and what temperature to cook it at. All the while talking with her back to me as I’m standing at the counter WAITING for her to finish her personal conversation so I could buy a stamp. She finally realizes that YES I am still there and sets the phone receiver down on the counter, so she can once again give cooking lessons after I leave. She’s pleasant enough to me, probably can feel I’m a little bit annoyed at having to wait for her to actually do her job. I was about to complain but looked at her name tag and it said she’s the manager of that postal location. What a joke.

Literally went in tonight a few hours before the scheduled closing time(9pm) and they were closed.Such a joke! Why have your hours on google when you’re not even there you’re just making your own hours up!

I had a card to pick up a parcel today after 1pm it was not there try calling later in the day to see if it was in no one answered after calling for over a half an hour drive back again still not in young snotty girl at counter said well you should have called ahead I said I tried for the longest time keep in mind 2employees working their and no other customers she than snotty attitude said we are busy lol horrible service

They are always very polite and always willing to help!
