Extremely poor pricing, they don't send digital files at all, they don't ever respond to customer service calls, they staff are unfriendly and vacant, the packages are artificially inflated in price, and the actual photos that they take seem to be actively bringing out the worse visual aspects of their subjects in some sort of twisted attempt to both charge them far too much whilst creating photos that are so unprofessional in quality that you could probably buy a disposable camera and get better results.

It's really too bad this company received the contract to do school photos. They place their branding on the digital images, pricing is ridiculous and it's almost impossible to contact them.
