Awesome event here at the stadium today.Pancake breakfast. The Bomber store was rockin'!! So very busy, yet the staff were friendly & helpful. Neat stuff, come & check it out!!

Not very smooth to pick up the order even there were many staff in non busy hours. The senior female staff in the ticket counter could do much better and could be more polite to customers. Pick up an order from online merchandise is a simple thing, but she mess up things and didn’t understand what the I was asking. It’s time she should retire or found another survival job if she didn’t know what is customer service

Waited a year for a jersey in my size. Now I am told to wait till the spring! I really wanted to wear a jersey at the December 5th game. When I made inquiries to make am order on the spring, the manager interrupted. He directed the person serving us to work the till, and then walked away from us.I understand that the tills need to be served, but I was trying to buy two jerseys - not a small purchase. We only needed another question answered. The clerk was very good and helpful. Until the manager got in the way.I will be back, but only because I bleed blue and gold.

Very clean store. Bright and open floor plan. Friendly staff. Acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. That was nice. They helped me fast and without any issues. Fun environment to be in. Surrounded by fellow Winnipeg Blue Bombers fan.

Waited 15 minutes to pick these up. Very personable once served but super annoying to hear people booking over the phone while people several people are in store waiting for service. Maybe do online phone sales where customers in store don't have to listen while they wait in linePeople stocking shelves not helping customers also is frustrating.To add to this the fact that these could have been mailed as I was told when I paid for them.A poor fan experience.

I’ve come to this store 4 times hoping that the next visit would be better and maybe staff are just having a bad day. (I have only visited during the days when it was not busy ). Well I visited once more and was treated with worse customer service by another staff member and made me feel like a burden for asking for a specific size of shirt as she had to go get it from the back. Please rethink your staff it’s definitely going to drive people away with their attitudes.
