Mary Brown's Chicken
The server was inpatient when i went to my pocket to get the dime . Then she proceeds to say “ oh I don’t care “ but she was loud and repeats her self for the the dime lol.Then turns around and speaks a different language while I’m the only one there . I knew it was about me as I’m looking right at them the the cook says almost done , when I never send anything about the wait which was fine . Sure enough I get home and the sandwich was raw !!!!! At least I ordered 2 my guess wasn’t interested!

Putting aside price. Which is high where ever you go. And keeping in mind the staff don't make the price.The food has always been fresh and delicious for the wife and I. The staff and store manager are very friendly. And the store is always kept clean for it being winter. Would definitely recommend this Mary Browns.

Terrible experience with the staff at this store. Tried to order through the app at 8 45 pm, but the app wouldn’t allow me to place an order saying the store is closed, even though the store showed open until 10 pm. Decided to go in as I had to pick up the order anyway, and the staff kept insisting me to keep trying on the app. After 15 mins of waiting and trying, he said he would help me place the order in store, but did not want to honour the price on the app saying it’s an app only promotion and told me I should come back the next day to take advantage of the promotion. It’s totally unacceptable to tell your customers to leave and come back another day to eat. What kind of terrible service is this? When asked to speak with a manager, he said he was the only person working and that he is a supervisor. Unbelievable demeanour for a “supervisor”. Please teach your staff some manners and common courtesy! This type of customer service is unacceptable.

I visit Mary Browns all the time as my kids love their chicken. It is always made fresh and the people working their are so kind. They take the time out to say hi to my kids and help with the menu if need be. With the kids not liking to share I often need an extra empty kids box to split their meal and they never hesitate to give me one. Thank you! This is my daughter's favourite place when we eat out.

Made an online order and they had it ready so fast even when it seemed super busy with all of the people coming in for the Monday Big Mary special. Definitely mean it when they say spicy but the employees here were incredibly nice and polite - and the food at Mary Brown's is always great.Unfortunately they had signage up for a new Corn salad and a Pineapple Fanta which they didn't have when we asked. Either way, great experience.

I only recently heard about this company, and I am so glad that I did. By far the best fast food fried chicken I have had. Additionally, the chicken burgers are very tasty, the wedges are awesome, especially with gravy, the strips are great, and the popcorn chicken is real pieces of diced chicken. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great fried chicken. It may be a slightly higher price compared to some (although still very competitive and affordable) but it is definitely worth it.
