Reid's Towing Service

I was almost killed today (March 9, 2021) at about 5:30pm by a tow truck driver from Reid's Towing. I was on the 403 heading towards the 410 when the tow truck that was carrying a bright red Dodge Ram truck on its flat bed, came over on me in my lane from the left without any indicator or signal. All I could do was slam on my brakes and honk and he still kept going over numerous lanes to get over to the part of the highway that takes you to the 401. He clearly was not paying attention, almost missed his exit and was driving irratically and dangerously. I do have dash cam footage of the incident, the truck and its details, and will be proceeding accordingly.

I needed a simple tow for a few blocks since my car died close to my garage. I had a fast response from Reids. Mike was very friendly, rate was good, no problems whatsoever. I'll call them again if I need another tow.

The transmission on my aged Toyota Camry blew out in the parking garage of my condo building. I called Reid's Towing to help me figure out what to do about removing the car from the lot. There wasn't enough room to move a tow truck down there. They were able to determine the reverse gears were still functional. We coasted the car out of the parking spot and drove it out of the garage in reverse to the tow truck on the surface. The folks at Reids were not only optimistic and helpful but they arranged to help me scrap my vehicle and paid me fair market value all in a very short period of time. I am very satisfied with the service provided and happy to have been provided a quick and simple solution for scrapping my old vehicle without any hassles or headaches. I would strongly recommend Reid's to anyone who needs towing services.

I was involved in a huge accident on the 401. Brendan was passing by and didn't have to stop. He stopped and saw I was in distress and stayed with me the entire time until help arrived. I wanted no one else to handle my vehicle even though others showed up. He helped me through the process of speaking with the police and was so accommodating with my vehicle and what I needed to do for insurance purposes. A1 service and I cannot recommend them enough. Some tow truck drivers should not be lumped in with the ones that cause trouble and ruin it for the rest of the industry. Brendan and Reid's Towing are truly a class above in the towing experience.

I have never written a review ever but going to now the son was absolutely amazing polite and super helpful the dad on the other hand is arrogant and rude and was zero help when we had to pick up our vehicle from the lot

I’ve used Reid’s Towing Service several times for short and long distance tows. After being ripped off and having my vehicles damaged by other tow companies, I’ll never use anyone else. Reliable, prompt and professional service, they’ve been in business for years and know what they’re doing. I trust them with all my vehicles, bike included. Always reasonable rates. Newer flatbed trucks. 10/10 would recommend

Whenever I need to transport one of my classic cars I only trust Reid's.Mike has obvious passion for cars and treats them as though they were his own.I would not put my collection in anyone else's hands other than Reid's and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was on vacation (from the states) when my minivan had issues and started leaking transmission fluid. A quick google later, I found Reid's towing in the town I was in (Markham, ON) and called. I can't say enough about how quick and reasonable the tow was. Within 35 minutes of my call, I had my vehicle towed to the local Toyota dealership and wasn't charged an outrageous price. If I even need a tow again and i'm in Markham, I will be sure to use Reid's towing again.

Brandon was very helpful with my tow. My garage door was damaged and couldn't get my car out. He was very nice and helped me to remove the garage door.
