The Best auto shop in the area hands down!When you find a mechanic that treats you well you hold on to them tight! That is how I describe my relationship with JR Auto Service. I have enjoyed doing business with them for many years now. They are so incredibly honest. I have never felt cheated or ripped off by them and their work is long lasting and quality driven. You will not be upset by your service or your bill.

I have no idea where the guy at the desk came from, but obviously I am not alone in saying he is rude and only knows how to read a manual for answers. Has no idea how to think outside the box. That is probably why he wears a mechanics coveralls but all he can do is answer phones. Which is a pity because he is the front of the good mechanics at the back.

Switching mechanics is always a terrible process as there are so many out there that you can't trust and feel ripped off after leaving.After searching for a new one in my area, i took the gamble with JR Auto and will say i am very happy and will be returning for any and all issues on all of our vehicles.I was very surprised at the effort taken to locate parts for my jeep (parts that are ALWAYS overpriced by Chrysler) at a very discounted price. Labour costs are very reasonable and not over billed. Communication is great, you are told the exact problems, what needs to be done and given recommendations and choices on what to do and how. Things that will eventually need to done, that are not a hazard to your current driving conditions (or the law) are not pushed on you either.I would definitely recommend JR Auto to anyone!

The customer service that JR Auto Service provides is exceptional. I recently had my current car into the shop to have some repairs done. I have a new car at a dealership subsequently.only wanted to have minimal work completed.In an effort to help out a friend in need, I asked them to check into numerous things making sure the car is safe. The receptionist, Crystal, went back to the shop a few times times checking on things. Both Crystal and the guys in the shop were very patient and understanding.I have had work done by them in the past which I considered quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend JR Auto Service.Lois Jefferies

Please do your self a favor dont take your car here. Scamming and upselling people left and right. Baden is small town with Big people and we definitely don't deserve this. Share please.

Been going to see Jim and his team for over five years! They have always tried to save us money and make things last as long as they could before replacing anything. Our family really appreciates how honest they are! I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else !!
