Adults in Motion: Day Programs and Respite Care in Cambridge, Hamilton, Kitchener and Oakville Ontario, including Virtual Programs | Adults in Motion provides day programs for people with disabilities that include fun activities, community adventures, inclusion opportunities, skill building, exercise, volunteerism, and spending time with friends. For respite care, participants enjoy common interests with others and a variety of activities in our respite Clubs. Cooking Club, Social Club and Art Club all provide opportunities for safe social gatherings and entertainment. Located in Kitchener, Cambridge, Hamilton and Oakville, Ontario. *COVID safety measures in effect, which include virtual adult day programs.

Incredible Day program. The AIM organization is led by an amazing family with a strong vision of community inclusion and fun. The Oakville program is fantastic for our family member. During the pandemic they got even more inspiring - when they developed creative safety protocols and even developed distancing assist tools. We have always felt that our son is safe at AIM. Even when they haven't been able to be out in the community due to COVID, they have kept things fun. Truly AIM-AZING!

my son ASKS every day through the year about going to summer camp - he loves being there, and is very happy just to hear that camp will be running despite all the closures through covid. which is fantastic - so many places are closed instead of cleaning and sanitizing to accomodate these kids that desperately need activity and interaction. we feel thankful to be able to have our child attend AIM.

Adults in Motion is the most incredible day program and like no other one out there!!! It is a fun, unique, safe and inclusive environment. The staff are wonderful and truly care so much about everyone. Just be prepared to smile and have a lot of fun :)

My son enjoys a good relationship with the staff especially the founders Rodd and Shelley. Although he hasn't been able to attend with COVID he still joins them for Zoom and enjoys staying connected with them. My son would recommend the program to other young adults. He can't wait to get his second shot so he can attend again.

A truly wonderful program! The team is dedicated to providing a fun positive learning environment everyday. I appreciate the extra care taken during the pandemic to keep everyone safe and the extensive virtual programming to keep everyone connected. My daughter looks forward to the days she spends at AIM with her friends.We are fortunate to have such an amazing resource in our community!

Adults in Motion has a fun, welcoming environment! Everyone is so helpful and ready to be your friend!I cannot express in words how amazing this organization is.They have such a dynamic program that caters to everyone! SOOO many opportunities here for EVERYONE!They also have such an amazing location, right by the water and close to shopping.

Warm, caring , and innovative approaches to programming for young adults with special needs. The team has really risen to the occasion during the pandemic with virtual programming options, and safe indoor programming with careful attention to guidelines. Very grateful for this team!
