Hello to everybody. I left yesterday review, one star, but no reaction. My wife had yesterday worst expirience with teacher Kim.She didn't get exam on second day First aid course for my wife.My wife passed (renew it) allready two times before .When my wife came back home yesterday , i never seen her in big stress, shock. She cried at home long time.I thought that Canada is a country of immigrants and people are tolerant here.Thank you.

Received my emergency first aid from Darren. He did an excellent job of delivering all the course information in a manner that was efficient and easy to understand. The staff at the entrance was friendly and quickly greeted me and made sure i knew where i was going. The main area and classroom was clean, as was the bathroom. They have water fountains on site, as well as some vending machines.

Giving a 5 star review only for Rohini. What an awesome instructor. Very kind and passionate about what she does! Made what is otherwise fairly boring topic easy to follow along!

Did a 2 day First Aid course, it was great. The instructors were professional and attentive. The St. John staff in general were all very nice. Especially Nichole in Lethbridge. The classroom was huge and drafty. Perfect for pandemic conditions . Bring a sweater and sit up front if you don't hear well. All in all a very positive experience.

Took at 2 part first aid, the first part was online and i was specifically told it was equivalent to 8 hours. THIS WAS WAYYYY MORE THAN 8 HOURS. brace yourself more like 20 hours and had I known this before I would have opted for the in person. When selling someone the course you should be accurate and go through the online modules yourself. I'm also an adult educator, I have no other type of learning needs or require accomodations. I do about 2-3 hrs/day for the last 1.5 weeks. This is crazy!

Cathryn (possibly Catelyn, I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) was overseeing Troy for the lesson and they were both great. I appreciated her adding details to the training when it came to monitoring what we were doing, especially when it came to real life situations like wrapping wounds and most importantly CPR. They’re both passionate about what they do. Despite mask and distance protocols she really went out of her way to describe how to help in certain situations . I honestly really enjoyed this class. Parking was abysmal but that is not remotely their fault. 5 stars

I frequently have to book my crew and staff members into first aid training here and when I deal with Sandra C, she is so helpful and kind. If I have an issue or question she is so prompt to find a solution and then follow up with me to make sure everything is all good. Thank you Sandra, it shows that you enjoy what you do.

I have to take the first aid course every 3 years but I don't mind as the contents and the practical parts are very thorough and make me fees more secure in my abilities. The building is very nice and comfortable and I absolutely love the stairwell art.

My experience was positive. It's a nice clean building at a decent location, and the staff are professional and knowledgeable (Doug was a great teacher btw). It also has a neat mural inside. The parking situation is a bit lacking, so get there early. Other than that it's not bad.
