I highly recommend Drechsel. From the moment you walk into the store until your purchase is delivered to your home, the experience can only be described as perfection. We bought a beautiful Hug Loveseat by Wendelbo. The fabric of the couch was designed By Raf Simons and manufactured by Kvadrat. We worked with Malcolm who demonstrated endless patience as we were making our decision providing us with advice and design direction. The entire experience was flawless.

I asked about replacing the armpads on a Knoll office chair they had sold me. They wanted over 300 dollars!!! They said you needed to replace the whole arm...I was able to remove the armpads and have an upholsterer reupholster for 50 dollars, and then reinstall myself, These guys are are liars and crooks.
