I would imagine that most people probably don't want to be referred to a Cardiologist. It is quite reasonable to be worried about the testing and what it might mean for you. As it turns out, my outcome was completely positive, thank goodness. Throughout the process, though, I didn't know that. Fortunately, all the people who work here were exceedingly caring, positive and professional. It began with a call from one of the receptionists who was so pleasant and patient that I felt like I was going on some kind of first-class holiday. When I arrived, I was greeted just as warmly and reassured every step of the way. Each step was explained to me, and I felt very comfortable with what was going on. Later, I saw the Ultrasound Technician who could tell I was nervous about it all and made a special effort to make me feel genuinely at ease. The Cardiologist I saw was very down to earth, made me feel perfectly welcome to ask my questions and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. During the second appointment, my experience was consistent with the first one, and there was an additional staff member who very professionally accommodated an issue I needed a bit of assistance with. To sum it up, it was an incredibly positive experience, and if I had needed some kind of treatment, I would have been so grateful to be in the ongoing care of these very compassionate people.

Wow, what a well run clinic. The staff is top notch. Friendly, efficient, kind. Right from the first interaction I was impressed. The front desk staff is very welcoming. The ultra sound technician was very thorough. She was kind and considerate of my 91 year old dad. Dr. Elbarasi has an excellent bed side manner. He makes direct eye contact. His explanations are clear and understandable. He has a friendly and relaxed sense of humour. Very Very impressed.

I am so happy with the service I have received so far from everyone I have interacted with here! I was so nervous to get a holter monitor placed and was met with nothing but kindness, and knowledgeable staff. I had an appointment booked within 1 day of calling and always have my questions answered. Everyone here is so helpful. I would highly recommend premium cardiac centre!

I’ve had the pleasure of having two appointments with Dr. al-Mousawy and both times, I was so impressed with his thoughtful responses, his willingness to explain things, and to spend time with me. The clinic is efficient, the staff is personable and they run like clockwork. I am so happy to have him as my doctor.

Was referred to Dr. Esam Elbarasi by a family member and was very happy with how professional Dr. Elbarasi is. He is very kind and patient, explains things very thoroughly. The whole staff from the front office to the back is very kind and professional. Best customer service!

Working here was not pleasant. You are unable to do your work. There is always someone coming to use your computer or phone when you are trying to get work done. This is very unprofessional and can cause mistakes to happen. Being interrupted on a regular all day basis was not what I was expecting. Not having someone lean over your shoulder consistently. A worker had tried taking my mouse away while I was on the phone with a patient to tell them their appointment time. This was unexpected for me and I did not anticipate this rude action.

Wonderful experience right from the first moment. The appointment reminder call was made in a very kind manner.The staff handled my testing with professionalism. Incredibly gentle, patient, and very thorough when explaining things.My family doctor recommended Dr. Saif Al-Mousawy, and I was pleased with how considerate and professional he was.The clinic runs well and efficiently, and the personnel is very kind. Very friendly, reminders. I was taken care of so great, I was reminded of my appointments simply enjoyable. A pleasure to know all of them the workers, secretary, the technicians the doctor. My doctor is great, explains doesn't leave you wondering. All of them great.
