Love these products and the service at Aesop! The sales consultant helped me choose the products best for my skin. The products are pricey, that’s because their ingredients are natural. I had great service and got a handful of free samples. Would highly recommend this brand and a visit to this store for the best personalized recommendations.

Very cute store, nice products, but I felt like they were trying to push their sales too much. I told them I wanted a specific product to complete my routine and didn’t need anything else and they were really trying to get me to buy the complementary product. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Fantastic Australian skincare brand Aesop's Mile End boutique is small discrete and beautifully designed. Very attentive staff. Products are on the pricier side but are worth the investment. Everything smells incredible.

Yo thank you for the free lotion in front of the shop, it's not even akward I can just walk by and hydrate my hands without the people inside noticing. I don't have enough money to buy an actual bottle so this is a great way to smell good every day.

Visited the Mile End location for the first time today. I was greeted by the store manager, Emily, who offered me a hand washing service as well as a consultation on a full skin care routine that was personalized to my skin type. I didn’t purchase anything today but I will will be back soon to stock up. What a beautiful store and energy the staff has!

Astronomical prices, matched by the amazing quality of their products. Yes, the handsoap is 50$, but if it lasts you for 6 months, it's worth it!

I had the loveliest experience here while shopping for a friend's birthday gift. The staff are attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful. And the store itself is of course design and sensory heaven. :)

This store is amazing!The level of quality you get is just insane. I stumbled in after going to Comptoir 21 and I was very impressed.The store is beautiful. Super well kept.The clerk offered me tea as well as a pricing sheet before leading me to the sink in the middle of store to wash my hands and try the products. They even offer you a small hand towel to dry your hands afterwards!Everything has top notch packaging, it's super impressive. On one side of the room they have gift packages and each comes with a sleeve that has unique artwork and a poem.Sadly, everything is very expensive and I can't justify paying for any of it. I let my sales associate know this and she said it wasn't a problem. She gave me a catalog and some samples before I left just in case I ever wanted to treat myself.Excellent customer service! I was so pleased after my visit.
