Went for an oil change on my truck, they did it in a timely manner. Had to wait a few minutes to get my keys back to leave, but that's because the Service Manager was swamped with other customers.Overall, great service! One thing, they should have is dedicated parking spaces for customers (not losing a star because of that).Thanks again!

Honestly, this has to be, hands down, the best dealership experience I’ve had in a long time. You know the vibes: you’re looking for a car, the sales rep trying to get you to commit on sight, the super aggressive sales tactics, it’s not pleasant.This spot was different.Hands down, the most genuine, laid back approach I’ve encountered. My friends and I were well taken care of by Jöan. We’re new to Jeeps, and he took the time to break down explain the unique features, trim options; ended up taking one for a test drive and got to work. Being able to negotiate and have a sales rep actually work with you, as opposed to a sales rep just looking to make a quick sale, just made the experience that much easier. Great service from Jöan, and I would recommend dealing with him, if you want stellar service from start to finish.And I mention that, because he made sure to have the Jeeps out front and ready for us, with a bow and ballons! Personal touches, but they go a long way, and separate a one time transaction, into potential future business. A huge thanks to Jöan, again, for the 5 star service from start to finish, and to the team overall!
