Room was awfully dirty , beds and pillows were almost useless , cobwebs all over the room, microwave was filthy and taped together, hot tub was filthy with toilet paper floating in it and the owner said it was 100% clean while looking in it. Gross. You can also tell that the 5/5 reviews were made by the owners.would not recommend

- BED BUGS! Soon after going to bed, I found myself, pillow, and mattress covered in bed bugs. I was switched to a different room and shortly after dimming the lights I found another bed bug crawling across the mattress.- Everything else was as expected for a cheap motel.- The person at the front desk was helpful. My money was refunded and I continued my road trip without sleep. Hopefully they take the bugs seriously and get them exterminated.

The place is unsanitary.Beds, counters, microwave, washroom and tables have dirt and hair everywhere! Bedsheets and pillow cases looked like they weren’t changed at all.The beds are old as in badly caved in!I guess you get what you pay for but it’s not worth saving a little bit for a good night sleep.The baseboard heater keeps on going even at the lowest temperature setting, we had to crack open the door and windows.Would not recommend this place at all.I’d rather pay a bit more and make sure to book early for better place to stay.

Reasonable for the rate given what’s typically available in Valemount. The owners were very nice and helpful. Best part is that some suites were dog friendly and we were able to get one of these, otherwise we would have been stuck camping in a heat wave with our dog. The room itself was clean and had no issues with it. Will stay here again.

We had no choice at Christmas to stay here, road was closed. But will not recommend to anyone! We had snow blowing through the door , heat was not working well, and very dirty and not clean at all . Would have been better off on our car. Was discussing! Shouldn’t even be open.

Man at desk was pushy. Room heat was off wen we arrived in -30°. There was a snow drift inside our room inside the door .3 of 5 lightbulbs were missing in our room. Toilet didn't work. Outside door did not close tight. Showeredhead spray was great! Nope, not coming here again!

The room had a TV and a microwave and enough space to put your bags and everything, but it was so dirty I didn't want my bags to touch the floor. The bathroom was not so clean but could have been worse. The sheets however had stains all over them, so better don't look too closely if you want to sleep well. On top of that, the neighbourhood is quite deserted and scary at night.All in all, it is okay for one night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

The room had a bad smell of cigarettes and cheap air fresheners. The aircon filter was old and dirty and it was the worst motel we stayed in our 2.5 weeks in Canada so far. Will not stay there next time.

Alpine Inn Valemount
We haven't even slept yet but what i can say is the owner has been wonderful. We are traveling with our baby and he was so accomodating and wonderful !! Our room is clean... its not your hotel vacation kind of stay but for a night for a decent price.... and amenities close by.... great!!! :)
