Hard Rock Animal Hospital
My dog is not a patient at this hospital. We needed a refill on antibiotics, and due to weather, and highway closures our clinic was closed. On a Friday. Hard Rock could have very easily washed their hands and turned me away. Instead, they went out of their way to contact my vet and re issue the needed meds so she wouldn't go without the entire weekend. They were kind, compassionate, and acted with common sense and we are grateful.

By far the best clinic in town. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Kim and her team with my beloved animals.After a tough year, I can confidently say that the staff here GENUINELY care about the animals they treat and the families that care for them. They are honest, gentle, professional, competent and willing to ask for a second opinion if they have any doubts whatsoever.I cannot express how grateful I am to have these incredible people care for my pets.10/10 absolutely recommend.

The prices here are a little more than other vets .... but it is worth it for the friendlier staff and better customer service. The extra few dollars ensure I entirely trust my vet and the quality of care. Other vets have been judgemental of certain pet care ignorance I had in the beginning of pet owning. At hard Rock animal hospital I have felt no judgment, only encouragement to learn.

Very friendly and courteous help. Sold us products for cats after getting neutered but they didn't have stock. Three star rating is because we never received the head cones for cats we paid for and the special kitty litter that they said would come with the service.Overall nice clean place with friendly staff but logistics are average at best.

We put our 16 years old cat down, and they were all so helpful. We got a private room to say our last goodbyes. The procedure was on our time and paste. They waited till we were ready and proceeded with the anesthesia.Prior to this, we discussed the details of her body. We decided cremation and a pine box.The ashes are still not home with us. But we were aware it's a 4 to 6 week process.After the detail, we process the payment. This was at my request. As once it was done, I wanted to leave and not worry about payments. They have a private door you can exit thru to get to your vehicle.
