He came into our space and helped us determine the products that we needed, and he was very quick in sourcing the products and installing them. Absolutely the best. I cannot speak highly enough of Paramount Automation Ltd. I was undertaking a renovation and wanted to merge my outdated Lutron technology with a Homeworks QS system in a cost efficient manner ie minimize invasive rewiring and not replace a plethora of shade motors but still be able to modernize my home. Paramount proposed a solution, provided upfront pricing and then proceeded to complete the installation in a timely manner and on budget. It was a pleasure to have Drew and his team in my home. They work very quietly, are super friendly and their customer support is exceptional. The Paramount team knows what they are doing, they don’t take advantage of the customer or try to upsell. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company. Extremely disrespectful employees. Avoid at all costs.Response:Yes gladly.I was picking up dog from spot daycare next door. As I was walking into the day care, I heard someone yelling at me so I came back out and asked him to repeat himself. He started laughing and said nice style" or something like that as he pointed to damage on the front of my car. I recently got in a car accident which was a bit traumatic for me but thats besides the point. He was carrying a case of beer so I'm not sure if he was drunk but he was wearing a paramount automation shirt and was walking from the brewery back to your shop"

Marty and the team at Paramount really went above and beyond to ensure that what we ended up with was exactly what we needed to ensure the quality of the working environment was maintained. Not only did Paramount come in to consult on the entire project but Marty was available at any time for a call to discuss or to help brief in the installation team who was handling the panels that Paramount had custom match painted as well! The difference between before and after is night and day - the level of noise and echoing that was a major problem for the office is now gone. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Paramount for any and all sound panelling needs - they will go to great lengths to ensure Client satisfaction is 100%.

Marty helped me out when I was desperate for acoustic panels for my Optometry clinic and was not able to source them locally. He put together my order with the suggested amount of panels and shipped them to me so quickly. My contractor had the panels installed in a day and a half. The difference these panels have made to our space is astounding. Before the install, we were not able to have multiple conversations going on at a time and I regularly had to ask our staff to whisper because it was so overwhelming with the echo. Now we can have multiple conversations going on at once, we can handle confidential information with our patients. Our sound system for music even sounds better. Such a game changer for us, our staff, and our patients.

Marty and team did a nice job in our auditorium. He was also very kind with his advice when we talked about further upgrades. We'd use them again for sure.

I am super happy with the custom work Drew and Marty did on my trawler boat Gail Marie". The Lutron Motorized Honeycomb Shades are fantastic! This is the second job I had done by Paramount Automation on Gail Marie. The shades add insulation as well as a modern pleasing look. Highly Recommended!"
