****Utensils/ crookery broken, very unsafe conditionDo not deliver as per committed time. Staff never friendly never smiles never welcomes they see customers as if the customers are here to eat free very very very poor customer service only the quality of food makes them betterLast visit, my food was very spicy, I already ordered very mild for my 2 yr old son, still the food was very spicy.I never visited royal pan then after.

We tried Mysore Masala Dosa, Chole Bhatura, some chaats and many more. Everything was delicious with fresh food but the reason giving low rating is Customer service of them. They just give food with nothing to talk and unhygienic making of paan, touching clothes and hair then making paan like are they seriously? Definitely food was 10/10 but the service offered was 0/10. I’ll always be preferring going another location of them.

When we came in to dine we were greeted by a 30 minute wait only to be served cold samosa chaat. Both the samosa and the chole were cold, and when we asked for a replacement, they heated up the chole while the samosa was even colder than last time. In our masala dosa there was a hair tied up inside the potatoes. Overall very bad experience and will not be returning.

Just visited the restaurant, the food is terrible. My and my brother came to this location first time expecting it to be as good as the other one. We ordered schezwan dosa and pav bhaji dosa. It was awful and ice cold wasn’t even fresh I would NEVER tell anyone to eat here, this place was nasty. Nothing was fresh,service was average as well.GO TO THE MCPHILLIPS ONE IF YOU WANNA EAT AT ROYAL PAAN.

Love the food there! Tastes simply awesome, and is always fresh.The service could be better. I understand slow service as they are serving fresh food and probably don’t have too much staff, trying to keep their costs low.I just don’t understand why they take away the menus right away, and then disappear. They try to give you one menu card for 2-3 people and are very eager to take it away. That means, if something wants to order more, they would have to go ask for the menu. This may require you to wait further as you may not find anyone to ask for the menu. It feels like they don’t want you to order more. I think they would benefit from looking into this.But I love their dosas!

If u wanna run a business please hire more people! I understand the frustration of the guy working in front and back. I was a bit mad as I was standing there for 10 - 15 minutes and nobody came to ask me for anything even the doordash guy took off and so I ! I wish I can say more! But what’s the point I’m going to share my experience to everyone.

The host was over confident about the business. Came off as arrogantI ordered Cholay Bhaturay. I was served in a broken bowl and very poor standards of plattersExceptionally fast service. Felt like it wasn’t freshThere was a hair (eyelash/eyebrow). When I told about it, it was seen taken and thrown.The platter was below average. Quite bland.Hospitality: 1 starsService: 2 starsFood : 1 starThe owner really needs to check the food hygiene and has to make sure the cooks are practising safe food handling.
