My cottage was greatly damaged by raccoons that got into my roof and ruined all the ceilings and interior of the cottage. My insurance company sent Service Master to repair my cottage. Jordan Robbins, the project manager came down to assess the damage and at the very first meeting he told me that he would treat my cottage as if it were his own. And that is exactly what he did! He made sure that all repairs were done to perfection and my beautiful cottage was transformed into a magnificent home!!!! He was professional, always available, easy to work with and a perfectionist in every way. Most of all, he really cared. Jordan and his team were wonderful. A special shout out to Brenda #1, Gaz, Nelson, Sara, Colette, Amanda, Crystal and all the wonderful people at Service Master! You're the best!

Never use Service Master.. they agree'd to the job, ripped up the tiles and subfloor (leaving many wet spots that have since grown mold), after that we never heard from them again. Their guys aren't even allowed to use power tools which makes the demo process slow and unprofessional (leaving little bits of wet wood contaminated with sewage everywhere).. to top it all off, i've just learned that they opened up a floor with ASBESTOS. So while they've been off neglecting the job for over a month, i've been sitting here breathing in asbestos because it's now airborn. I don't know if you've seen pictures of what asbestos does to the lungs but i'll absolutely be seeking legal action for their negligence. All around the worst experience i've ever had with tradesman"
