I have been taking 3 vehicles to this location for the past number of years and always have good service and am happy with the finished product!

took my car there. Had the krown undercoating done. Maybe a month or 2 later I was under my car changing the oil. And noticed the car was still extremely dry. Some spots I could clearly tell hadn’t even been sprayed. I called back and stated this. The lady said I could bring the car back for a re spray. At the tune of 80$. I felt it should have been re sprayed for free. Hence it was only done a couple months ago and figured it should last longer. I did not go back. An will never go back again. I’d give them less than 1 star if possible. Take car else where for undercoating is my opinion

Chris Scott Automotive scratched my car all to heck. I took my car to have the Krown rust application and after they were done it had long scratches across the the hood. The car had a scratch on the rear trunk lid , the passenger door and a series of scratches on the front bumper thru the drivers side corner.I called them and to their credit they had it buffed at OK tire. After they did that twice I thought it was ok but depending on the way the sun is shinning I noticed that the scratches are still visible. I called again and they said they didn't believe they scratched the car and would not have the scratches fixed properly. I bought the car just shy of three months earlier and I wouldn't take delivery until they had a 1 inch scratch above the drivers side rear door handle fixed. this is a 2014 Toyota Camry and the most expensive car I've ever purchased. I took it in to them so that the car body would last longer and maintain value and what I got was a bunch of scratches all over it for my money. I have had other cars rust checked and Krowned at other locations and never had any issues. I can see now why they have bad reviews. I will contact Krown head office and update.Very unhappy with this business. Take your car someplace else and avoid what happened to me.. They don't deserve even 1 star but that is the lowest score I can give. To update in response to the owners response I had this car for nearly 3 months. I called and left a message that evening and was told to make an appointment at OK tire and they couldn't accommodate me until the 24th. I said it looked like possibly a hose was dragged across it, I wasn't there so I certainly did not say that was what happened. I said maybe they could be buffed out because that was what I was hoping. I did not point out any new scratches, I said the buffing did not get acceptable results. This man is implying that we are lying with his last comment. I am stating what happened plain and simple. I have been civil to a company and man who obviously does not deserve it. Again I reiterate that I know those scratches were put there in that shop.. I have never had this kind of experience with an auto shop in 39 years of driving. I made the appointment there because of a promotional flyer I received in the mail I hope people read this review and others that are similar and stay away from this company I certainly wish I had checked reviews first and taken my car to the Hammonds plains shop where I have had no problems in the past.

I would not give a one star ,but it the only way to leave a comment, we took our 2005 Avalanche,to have her undercoating,in all the years we had the truck ,we never had any rust on this truck,we alway keep her up ,we took her to Chris Scott’s ,because off the card that came in the mail, my husband was replacing the running boards and that when he saw the rust ,could not believe it ,the rocker panels were rusted ,called ,then had to go up , guy looked at the truck couldn’t believe how good shape she was in inside and out . Then we show him the panels that they done, and told him there was not one bit of rust on this truck until we start bringing it to you ,the passed 4 years ,also we would not have see this if we weren’t changing the side steps. we asked what they were going to do about it ,so far all we got is the run around ,they said there were going to call head office ,we are still waiting ,it will coast anywhere form 1000 to 1500 hundred dollars,or more to fix it because they have to be cut out and replaced... I can’t afford that ,I don,t have that kind of money.Please share this and tell everyone and do not go there for anything I guess I’ll have to see about small claim court ,first talk to a lawyer....Yes they did call us back after I wrote this ..known head office,tell us we had body work done on this truck ,THERE has never been any bodywork ever been done on this truck ,then proceeded to say that we own another truck CRV we have never ever own any other type of truck only Chevy,,then because we had her rust checked at rust-check before we went to Krown ,that it rust check ,fault NO It Not Rust-check fault ITS your Fault.. This truck never ever had any rust on it until we took it up there and had known put on it ,,even the garage we go to can tell you that ,the truck never had any rust ,just like the one truck Chey we sold never had any rust either... So stop passing the buck ,and own up to it ,it you, ,Thank for nothing and thank for all the (NOT) help from you NO Wonder you all got such bad reviews. .So far our on face book ever one tell us to go to the NewPaper or T V sounds good to me ..

Tried to call for appointment . Put on hold for over 8 minutes before I hung up and called another Krown service . I cant work with terrible customer service like this Krown in middle sackville
