It’s really bad experience.They just want your money in never tells, how much time it’s gonna take. 15-20 min job.. they took 1.5 hr and still no one touches the car and the guy at front is so rude.. and upon asking told me why you bring your car here.. go where you can get faster and over charging 80$ job for 145$..And lies..They just quickly get your car in and rip your money .. bunch of crooks !!!

Excellent Service! So glad to find a shop that I know I can trust to be fair and honest. Have been going back for a while now and always satisfied. One time when I was in a bind the staff staggered their lunches so I could get get on the road as soon as possible. I didn't even ask them, they just did it on their own!

Had my wheel bearing replaced left side. I also had the bearing replaced on the right side @ Pin Oak car service in Niagara Falls.Bosch Auto Service was $120 more!! $50 more for the part and an extra half hour for labour.I would have gave 5 stars but paying more for the part and especially paying for a half hour more labour doesn’t fit well with me!! Plus I had to wait 5 hrs, I live 2 km away I’m disabled and can’t walk that far and it was raining out. So if you want to save some money and time go to Pin Oak auto service!! Oh ps I was offered a Gatorade but had just bought a coke!! Pin Oak auto service Niagara Falls!!

Almost always my go-to when doing extensive automotive repairs... Friendly staff that knows what they're doing. Sometimes very busy to get in however.

Great shop. Had some issues finding the right fitting ball joint for my car, which is not on them and is to be expected as parts are hard to find for my car. But they kept me in the loop and were upfront and honest with everything that was going on, got the work done that needed to be done, & they even gave me a car to use so that i could get to work while mine was being worked on. Pretty much everything you would hope for when looking for a mechanic.

This is an excellent shop, they are fair and do great work.I had my brakes done I need them done quickly and they found a way to get my brake job done on a Monday when I showed up, and they were busyI want to thank them for the great job .

My alignment was fine before they redo it.i was looking to fix my front camber suspension because the wheels were cambered in. And they mess up my alignment as well as one of my lug nuts. Will never came at that place since they were not willing to assist their messes.
