Traditions Auto Service

I have used Traditions Auto a handful of times now. They are incredibly helpful. How they share the updates on what needs to be done, and offer a show and tell when the work is complete is fantastic. I chose them based of others reviews, and found them to be just as good as I hoped. Honest and trustworthy. Now my sister in law and mother in law both use them and have nothing but good things to say. Very grateful to Tony, Michelle and the team for all the work they do to keep me safely on the road.

I have been a customer for 19 years. I have never had a problem with any of the work performed on my vehicles. Any repairs are explained to me fully before I approve the work, no surprises. Special thanks to Steve and Michelle for all they have done over the years.

It was my first service visit with Traditions - they're great!! The customer service is wonderful, especially in comparison to my past experiences. After assessing the car, I got a text with a list of items that required immediate work and then Tony walked me though it with details over the phone. The upon the car pickup he did a little presentation showing my my old breaks and explaining why they required replacement and provided explanation about the services that were done. Great experience, we will be coming back!

This place saved my life. Very friendly staff as well. Basically, Active Green did a BS job on my car, telling me there’s nothing more they can do. But at Traditions they even laid out on a tray everything that they had to replace and fix. I will 10/10 recommend and will go to them from now on!

Bizarre. Canceled my appointment and stopped replying to me without any explanation. Previously did good brake work for me, I guess they are upset I got an oil change elsewhere. Was booked for over $1000 more service, go figure.

Fast, reliable, friendly, honest. We've been taking our car(s) to Traditions for several years. They are the BEST. Their diagnosis is always explained clearly and they give options for repairs based on priority and our budget. They've included lots of extras along the way such as replacing a windshield wiper or tail light without charging us. We feel our car is in good hands with this quality mechanic team! They were recommended to us by my brother and I would like to honestly recommend them to whomever is reading this.

Excellence is the standard by which Traditions Auto Service operates. They offer a comprehensive report on your vehicle, coupled with sound advice regarding any issues that should be addressed immediately, as well as what should be dealt with in the future in order to ensure the long life of your vehicle. We feel that our vehicle is in great hands! They’re also an absolute pleasure to deal with. The Service Manager, Tony, always takes the time to explain in detail any work to be done and to answer any questions. He also shows you any old parts that had been replaced. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Traditions.

For almost 13 years Steve, Michelle and their team, kept our various cars safe and well maintained. This included our 2008 white MDX, which had A LOT of miles on it--we were determined to drive it to the moon, a distance of 384, 400 km.Well, we almost made it, our odometer read 330,988 km when we finally donated it to Cars for Kids after we move out of the area in early 2021.Know that your vehicle is in great hands at Traditions Auto Service.

Had my 2007 Subaru towed here on September 29 for major repairs. New exhaust system, new gas tank, wheel bearings and axels.I trusted Traditions with these repairs because of previous maintenance they had completed on my vehicle. I was not disappointed. Very fair price, and an unbelievable turn around time from drop off to pick up.The vehicle is like brand new.Thanks Steve and Michelle!

Dealt with them years ago and loved them. Had to scrap that car and purchased a used Kia under warranty, which has now run out. The dealer wanted a lot of money to repair the flex pipe and co2 valve. Traditions was able to fix the valve and install a new flex pipe. The total cost was more than a third of what the dealers quoted! The car runs great again and they were so pleasant, professional and on time, just like I remembered. Highly recommended.Just an update I still take my Kia in for servicing spring and late fall. They are very thorough and give you a fast detailed inspection report. They continue to do a great job at a reasonable price and my car runs great. Thank you!!!
