This is THE spot to hit for some freshly made sweet tofu dessert (bean curd), soya milk or other tofu/soy products. Come here if you want authentic Chinese soy food products!

The oil used to fried the tofu cubes was definitely old, causing an unappealing dark colour to it. Along with an old oily odour, the tofu seems oddly floury and breaks apart when eaten. Wouldn’t recommend.

This lovely, local, family owned warehouse is one of my favourite places in Edmonton. They specialize in a long list of soy products from tofu, dessert tofu/douhua, fresh soy milk, bean sprouts by the bulk and a variety of sauces and dried beans/legumes. My family has been going here since I can remember (almost 30 years). My favourite product from them is the five-spiced tofu! Check them out!

For any vegan/vegetarian singles, couples or families in YEG, you NEED to check out Ying Fat. They make their own soy milk, tofu, gluten products from scratch and they're DELICIOUS. They sell soy milk in 3 sizes (S, M, L) and you can get your tofu by the cube. They carry a small variety of other sauces and grains that I'm not super familiar with (but I'm learning).Their online presence is not great, but you should give them a chance. Their tofu has a creamy texture and buttery flavour, and they're local!

workers here are so rude. I didn’t know I can’t pay with Mastercard. They humiliated me in front of so many other customer telling me they won’t serve me again Bcs apparently they only take visa or cash. They could’ve had told me nicely. So rude, I hope people who works here learn some manners and learns how to respect their customer.

Everyone knows they have the best soy/tofu products in the region…My staples from here besides standard tofu:(1) 2L jug of soy milk for $3.90, just the right volume for two people since it’s free of preservatives and doesn’t have a long shelf life.(2) black sesame dessert - always pick this up after dimsum as a dessert! I like mine hot in the winter and cold in the summer.(3) fish paste - quality fish paste for home made hotpot or just to be boiled with veggies as a healthy (and tasty) source of protein

My family buys tofu here weekly. Hot or cold, the product here is so good that just the tiniest but of soy sauce makes a fantastic meal. Best tofu ever! Once you try it you won't be able to go back.

I was excited to pick these up after driving 3hrs to edmonton, after a friend recommended it to me and hyped about their fresh products. I kept them in the fridge at all times , but when i opened to drink it within 24hrs of purchase, the first round was fine; then an hour later when i opened it up again from the fridge it had already turned bad....i got 2 bottles and both did the same thing, along with the tofu dessert in the tub....The taste wasn't anything extraordinary, and can't vouch for the dessert as i didn't even get a chance to try it.I had high hopes for this so was sad to see it all go down the drain within 2 days of purchase. Luckily it wasn't that expensive and didn't try anything else.

Simply the best. The tofu and soy milk is fresh, delicious, and very affordable.
