Terrible customer service. They do not have any social skills, they are not nice. Very dirty place. I Was pretty disappointed the last time I went. I do not recommend this place.

Could be more customer focused.

Went in to use bank machine and needed change so i purchased 2 pieces of candy and the old chinese guy is extremly rude and basically threw my change down hard on the counter ...and wouldnt communicate with me ..very very rude and the place is nasty nasty

The man charges whatever he feels like from day to day and doesn't understand how debit cards can be linked to a phone. The lady is okay though. Avoid this place unless it's the only convenience store open nearby

FRAUDDDD!!!! DOUBLE CHARGES ON DEBIT AND VISA!!Wouldn't recommend this convenience store! He double-charged me on my debit when I showed him and confronted him he denied it and now I have to go through RBC fraud department to get my money back because they CONFIRMED HE DOUBLE CHARGED ME!!

Not the best

I went by today with my daughter and her friends to get some laundry detergent and snacks. When I came up to the register and heard the total it seemed very off for the price tags and I requested a receipt just so I could see the pricing on everything. the owner who was a little old man refused to provide me with a receipt. He is well refused other patrons as well who asked after me because their totals seemed very off from what was on the price tags as well. When we came home we found that all of the snacks were expired and extremely stale. They should quite possibly check the dates on all of their products in there and as well charge the appropriate pricing listed on the tags not as they go.
