WARNING: I'm reporting a SAFETY ISSUE of their food. I ordered two burritos today from their Richmond store, and found one small BLACK PLASTIC FRAGMENT in one burrito ( I stopped eating after seeing the plastic so I don't know if the other one had plastic as well). This is very dangerous as it can easily cause damage to customer's stomach if people just swallowed the food. This is the first time I ordered from their store and the first time finding plastic in food delivery. Worried and disappointed.

This is the worst store i have ever been to. All are Gujarati people over here and me being from the same community still i am rating this the worst. Never ever come here to eat as i have worked here. They sell last night's food almost everyday this is what we were taught. They didn't gave me my salary on time and also at the time of filing Tax, they didn't even pick my call. i called them several times for my t4 form. Its upto you if you choose to eat or work here... eventually you will realize

The food is pretty good but the salsa's taste is pretty much not there and the amount of guac they give with the extra charge is low. The service is pretty good but really slow.

Awesome spot but they tend to give smaller servings, we ordered 2 burrito bowls and they both would of fit into 1 - their competitors ALWAYS fully fill but they good is good and the place is welcoming and almost has a retro vibe for Richmond row

One of the most amazing places to have a burrito bowl at. Though I feel the quantity can be increased but the taste and variety is really appreciable. A must try :)They have vegetarian burrito bowl available as well and quite a few types of non vegetarian types.

I had just a few minutes to get something and I was extremely impressed. I ordered a burrito, rice, black beans, ground beef, salsa, cilantro, corn and cheese. The server was fast and friendly. The portion was massive and proportions of each ingredient were perfect. I highly recommend it! The restaurant is bright, nicely laid and relaxing.

Love coming here! Never mess up my order. Couple new people work there and there very nice. Only ever one person working there even though it gets pretty busy from time to time. Pretty empty store as well but I think that's because the washrooms are closed. Would do the same thing if I was downtown. Overall love this place. Wish you got more toppings though, seems like a lot of rice and beans.

Quesada is my favourite Tex mex chain, however this location constantly falls short of expectations.This time I got the hard shells tacos which were only half full even if I reminded them to add more, she wanted to charge me extra! I get these very often and it’s disappointing to not get what you pay for.

There should've been an option to give zero stars. Ordered a large" burrito bowl and all that I got is what you see in the picture. Indeed it's a large bowl but empty.There's not even enough food to feed a freaking duck. I also paid an extra $3 for their extra chicken and I get 4 tiny pieces alltogether. Extremely disappointed and I'm leaving this review while still hungry."
