Progressive Countertop

Lots of beautiful stone, nicer stone was already sold or on hold . Initial visit with a sales manager was great, they were helpful kind and easy to talk to. However, won’t buy from progressive since the experience going back to show family what we were thinking of purchasing was not pleasant and lacked direction. Given their higher prices I would expect staff to be more friendly and informative. We went shopping for stone in other places some with huge showrooms with available stone, lots of good information on types of stone, as well as guidance on what would be appropriate for our project specifically.

Great experience with Progressive and replacing our laminate countertops with quartz. Very friendly and informative sales staff that provided us a package with all of our options and choices we needed to make; with no pressure on taking the time we needed to make our choice on design and sink options.Measurements were taken quickly and efficiently by another extremely friendly member of staff; which was followed up by a wonderful install team. We were shocked by the speed of the installation and the quality of the work once they were done!We love our new kitchen counters and had a great experience. See you when it's time to do our bathroom Progressive! :)

Unfortunately the show room was closed for appoimtments only. Would have been nice to see on the website rather than 'preferred'.Staff came out to talk I asked for a range in prices as I could not go in but said they price on the design rather than square foot. Something I've never heard of.Not the best set up.#localguides

Beautiful, high quality stone. Lots of choices to select from. From picking out our granite, to having our kitchen measured and granite installed, the entire process was transparent and professional. We would highly recommend Progressive to anyone looking to upgrade their countertops!

Trent from Progressive Countertop came on Thursday April 20th to measure for our new countertop. He was outstanding; Courteous, attentive and a great spokesperson for the company. He took the time to explain the process and was so polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a new counter top. Thanks Trent for making the process painless.

Excellent experience with this place. I needed countertops for 15 of my properties and they gave me an excellent package and installation was done in a professional manner. Will definitely be back in the future!

Thanks for the great job done installing our quartz Cambria counter top and island top! Our island is 10 ft long by 4 feet wide. They sent 6 men to bring the counters in. 3 stayed back to finish the job. They were quick & efficient with the install. Cleaned up. The staff at the Strathroy store were helpful & friendly.Owners Chuck & Howard are great also!

Paul was amazing to work with, very patient and knowledgeable. I brought my clients here to view some countertop options for their kitchen and pantry and I had brought a lot of tile and flooring sample boards of their renovation selections with to hold up to the countertop and Paul was very kind and helped me carry the heavy sample boards throughout the showroom. My client's left there saying that was so much fun!
