I appreciate Kate's warm understanding, sense of humor, ability to actively listen and expertise. Kate was a great intermediary between our overwhelmingly brilliant plumber and ourselves. She understood him and us. There are so many options and styles available at Splashes. Kate made the world of home renovation not only accessible, but fun!
