My family, over the years, have bought and sold through Josh Bath and his co-workers. His team is utterly outstanding. I have been kept in the loop the whole way and if not for the team, I can honestly say that the experience would not have been half as enjoyable. I worked with Matt Bastiens group. We were purchasing our first home and I was blown away. They constantly bent over backwards for us. I could say so many different examples but I will only name a few. The sellers of our house were trying to back out of the move in date they gave us because they said they couldn't find movers. Devon immediately jumped into action and called every moving company until she found one for them. Her efforts paid off, we moved in the day we wanted. The Bastien group paid for our new home to be cleaned before we moved in. When we moved in we realized the dishwasher was broken. The previous owners refused to pay to replace it so the Bastien group paid for a new dishwasher for us as a housewarming gift. As I said there are so many more examples. I found myself sad when it was all finished because I was going to miss chatting with them everyday. They still keep in touch with us and after our experience was over, we not only had a beautiful home, we had new friends in the Bastien group. I will only deal with them when it comes to real estate. A million times thank you to them.

Been with this brokerage since i first got licensed close to two years ago. They encompass everything one would ever want and need. The professionalism and focus on family and growth is paramount. They really do have my back, and my success would not be as prevalent, if it were not for the opportunities provided to me by KW!!! Here is to another successful chapter!

Nice and clean floor. Office environment is pretty comfortable. Employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Free parking available in the plaza. Training room is located at the same plaza. Bus stops nearby. Easy access. Overall based on my personal experience, I would recommend it.

I live in S. Surrey and I drive 40 mins, crossing the toll bridge everyday to work with KW ELITE, I think that basically says it all. Incredible family, great staff and support, I really love the culture & values here, how we can share knowledge and experience with one another without feeling business is being taken away.

This is the best company of great philosophy and team work. I have been in the market for last 25 years, but what I have learned in 2 months with KW elite is more than anything in 25 years.

One realtor that works there says if you get referrals for them you get a referral fee of $500 once property sold. I don't care about the fee...when you give someone the realtors name isnt the realtor suppost to answer his phone and want the work? This one Dorian DeSousa doesnt call back or answer his phone...I had 7 clients that needed a realtor and referred Dorian but nothing there, so referred them clients to someone else. Did I do the right thing? It goes to show me that this realtor Dorian is NOT A GOOD REALTOR. So Dorian you and your company lost out on 7 houses that are one market as of Tuesday and some other realtor has them. Sorry!!!#

Sara Willett, was absolutely awesome to deal with. Super sweet, understanding, and kept us on the right track. She found us a perfect house within a few short weeks after many open houses, and dealing with our very picky requests. Ten out of ten.
