Great place for house hold appliances and just about everything. I find the prices usually decent too. They also don’t give you a hard time if you need to return stuff.

Really worst experience.After the tire change, I observed a lot of scratches in the rim and went back to the garage to give a feedback. Even before seeing the car, they denied saying it’s not our fault or machine. Kept me on wait for 30 mins just to see the car.. and no proper answer, poor customer care,..Their service doesn’t even deserve 1 star. After seeing other feedback here I regret that I didn’t check this before taking an appointment.

Extremely rude service by Nancy at return counter,suppose to be bilingual service but she only speaks French which I really don’t mind but at least show some curtesy and politeness how to behave with customers. I am very much disappointment,but the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service. The poorest return policy. Never ever buy anything from this store, esp electronic appliances. They don’t accept returns nor they do refunds unless the appliance is broken. Extremely rude in communication, interrupting… and simply unwilling to listen the customers. Just trust my word and hundred negative reviews and avoid going this store in Blainville!

Bought an electronic appliance a few days ago. Description did not match actual performance after simply turning on at home. Tried to return in less than a week after getting it. The managers were extremely rude, and refused to accept their product nor were willing to give in store credit. The service was the worst I ever had in Quebec…. Avoid going to that store by any means!

Canadian Tire is the retail store equivalent of comfort food. It has what you're looking for. Most of the time, anyway.Today, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but thanks to two very helpful staff who found a slightly different version of what I came for, not only did I leave with basically what I came for, I found some good deals on other household items we regularly use. Nice way to start a Tuesday,

The building is huge and easy to get lost in, but the staff (at least those I interacted with) is very available and willing to walk the extra-mile with you to the item you are looking for rather than just point toward it. A very pleasant shopping experience all the way up to the smiling cashier !
