Tucked away on the South East corner of Guelph and New Street you'll find this absolute gem of a place! It's bright, yet cozy! There is parking right out front. In side you'll find delicious baked goods, some merchandise and a bright peachy neon sign!I'll definitely be back and spread the word.

So happy that Peach coffee has opened in the neighbourhood. Their coffee is super yummy (I love the Americano) and their food items are so yummy!! I love how they have some vegan options as well. Their points systems is also super useful and gets you fun perks like free treats. Peach Coffee is for sure a Burlington must-go

So happy they opened a 2nd location in Burlington! Delicious coffee and treats (lots of options for both), seating inside and outside and super friendly staff. Love the decor and all the messages they write on the tops of the cup lids.

As a new Burlingtonian, having come from Hamilton, I was spoiled with cafe's like Phins, Durand and the Cannon. Even Detour in Dundas is pretty good. Now so when I noticed this place move in for the first time in my neighbourhood I was pretty excited to see on their website that they were using coffee from a proper roaster-Detour.This review does not take into account that the interior is nice and suitable for a good hangout and also for a good laptop work session. It is based on the coffee. Now I was disappointed to hear that both the batch brew and espresso offerings were the basic detour blends and a dark roast.I ordered a Cortado, my go to milk based drink , which I get if the batch or pour over (absent here) options are lack-luster.The drink was okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. The espresso was not over extracted but maybe under. I wonder if these Baristas know to continue to recalibrate and dial in their espresso throughout the day. The real issue was with the steamed milk. The microfoam was non existent and instead there was a disparity between the thin milk and the thick bubbled foam on top. Also there was no latte art. Now I know that seems frivolous but the ability to pour milk into espresso to create a clean even microfoam top is essential to a good drink. It's the difference between a chef plopping food on to a plate and knowing how to plate it reasonably well. This looked like and felt like a Starbucks level steam milk component.Certainly better than everywhere else in Burlington other than Tamp. They have much worse beans but their baristas are better.I have the same recurring opinion that most cafes can benefit from having a professional consultant come in for a full day espresso workshop. Teach your baristas how to make coffee and how to be passionate about it. From the perspective of running a proud succesful coffee shop, people who don't like coffee and are not passionate about it should really be seeking employment else where. Good baristas make or break a cafe imo. That said these Baristas could be new and still learning but you would think you would want a senior member to work with them in the mean time. Now that said, my opinions are of the severe minority in terms of what I expect a good cafe to do. I expect that this cafe will be succesful and appreciated my the majority of it's clientele.I will be coming here only when I run out of coffee beans and am too lazy to venture to Hamilton (like today) or If I need a good cafe to meet someone. It's really a Burlington 5/5 cafe but only 3/5 in Hamilton.

This third wave coffee shop serves up some delicious java, with beans from Detour that are simply outstanding. But let's cut to the chase - the highlight of this spot is their espresso, brewed on a beautiful La Marzocco machine that looks like it could bench press a Fiat. Now, when I stepped inside, I couldn't help but notice the feminine decor. But hey, I'm not one to judge. And honestly, the aesthetic kind of grew on me after a while. The signature green lid on all the coffee cups was a nice touch too, although I did raise an eyebrow at some of the corny sayings they write on them. Don't give up" really? I mean

Been meaning to try this coffee shop for a while and finally got around to it. Decaf flat white was perfect and the strawberry rhubarb croissant was yummy
