Earlier today as a kid around 10-5 minutes before closing my mom and I wanted to go get ice cream from here and shockingly this place was already closing when other places and the mall wasn’t officially closed yet. Before the lady could fully close the store I ran to the store but the second I had gotten there she quickly closed the store even though there was people in the store and she had seen me run and looked me straight in the eye. After that I asked her if I can come and she had declined in not the nicest way possible. Sometimes when I came here even at last minute they would not be rude or let me in but I didn’t like the shocking behaviour from the lady today. Especially when they saw me a kid just wanting to get some ice cream. The mall is good but not sure if I will be coming back to the ice cream shop anytime soon.

I would like to thank the Mapleview Centre location for their absolutely fantastic help. I was tasked to purchase 6 boxes of soft chocolates for a long term care centre. The staff went above and beyond to help me out. Happy Holidays from a brand new and forever loyal customer! ❤️

The ice cream here is pretty good however the staff seem to be a little slow to acknowledge customers and come across rude. Customer service here could be improved so that the experience matches the quality products that they have.

This is my favorite place for ice cream in Burlington. I gave 4 out of 5 bcz I’d like to see more flavors :) otherwise everything’s great

I went to buy some chocolate gifts and I was amazed by the excellent customer service and accurate recommendations of Lauren! My husband is not an easy person to please and he was delighted with her service. The store is well stocked and merchandising well put, something that after COVID is unlike to see in many retail stores.I can’t forget to mention the ice creams, I truly like them. This time I tried the coffee with chocolate chips and it was delicious!

Purdy’s chocolate is one of the best chocolate shops we have. I have quite high standards when it comes to chocolate/desserts (all those George brown culinary classes) and their chocolate is delicious. My favorite flavour is Coffee Caramel, I just wish it was more popular and therefore available at all their locations. Next to that, any of their caramels, sea salt peanut butter, hedgehogs and mint choc are my favs.

Julie was so welcoming from the moment we entered the store! She educated us on not only the history of the chocolates but the flavour pairings as well. Not only did the chocolate taste amazing but customer service was such a bonus!!

Horrible to see ice cream refused to little kids saying they are closing (5:35pm) but then served another customer 10 mins after. Upon inquiring, they said they are welcome to have and was switching bins. Would have noticed as we settled for some bubble team right beside thos shop.

Wow! I was in a pickle and needed a special birthday delivery to my brothers place and the Burlington store were SO AMAZING! Not only were they super helpful in helping me to choose a great selection but even offered to drop it off themselves as their partnership with a food delivery company hasn't begun yet. Now THAT is incredible service - which this location is known for.
