Plaza Premium Lounge
A nicely appointed and quiet place to sit and relax between flights. The food bar was very good as well as the coffee shop and pastries. Most tables and chairs have easy access to charging ports.

Nasty food. Warm beer. Sticky glass.Staff working at the front desk was more interested on his phone then checking guests in. Noodle bar is still missing since COVID.

It’s a lounge. I got in using my amex gold without any issues. They have basic pasta, chicken, rice, desserts, and drinks including alcohol, coffee, and soda. Food is honestly not good here and kinda disappointing.Seating area is clean and washrooms are nice.

Plaza Premium Lounge
The lounge has just reopened in Nov 2022 after the renovation. It is a lot more spacious and more comfortable than before. Lots of power outlets to charge your devices.The food quality has improved. Some of the staff are very friendly. The front desk could use some improvement. It seems they are a bit understaff so the drink orders (coffee, etc) might take a bit longer than the self-serve. It is not crowded compared to the Maple Leaf Lounge but I imagine that will change since this lounge services multiple credit card memberships.

Plaza Premium Lounge
This lounge is the closest lounge to the security screening area.Would be great to see them re-open the kitchen area in the back so they can serve some fresh-made-to-order options.

Plaza Premium Lounge
The plaza premium lounge is located at the yvr international departure terminal area shortly after passing the customs. It has a dining hall on the right side after entering the lounge. Before getting there, you will pass through the washroom and shower room. Next to the entrance, it is the bar and dessert area with way to the balcony. The other side at the left as u entered the lounge is more seating area and the business center.

First time to try this lounge since my Visa card has free visit to use it. Very nice and clean, elegant atmosphere, variety food choice , waiters and waitresses are professional and helpful. If you have chance to try, please go ahead , you won’t disappointed.

Its quite big size lounger. However, food options and beverage are very limited. I would say Skyteam Lounger is better for food. However, this has better sear choices compared ro Skyteam lounge

Plaza Premium Lounge
Most of the window blinds are either missing or broken so very uncomfortable on a sunny day. The team refused to open an empty area of the lounge that was cool with A/C in response leaving their guests sat in the blistering sun.They also said they have no plans to replace the blinds as they are moving out soon… basically they’ve given up on it

Food options were limited and not particularly good - though they do have few types of salads if that’s your cup of tea! Staff were nice.Bathrooms were not clean. Overall, an average experience in the lounge that’s better than staying in the general waiting area.
