It’s really hard nowadays to find trustworthy contractors that deliver but Premium contractors are one of the most trustworthy contractors there is. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable that my family wasn’t being taken advantage of financially. They delivered on their promises and did an excellent job of renovating my basement to perfection. I highly recommend their services and you will not be disappointed.

It was a pleasure having Premium Contractors at my place; they were very professional and respectful of my privacy and always tidied up at the end of the day as I live in a small place. Asim is very pleasant to work with, kind, honest and patient. Got the job done according to my design and vision. His feedback also helped a lot to make the right design and technical decisions.

I contacted Premium contractors last year (2020) as I wanted my house painted and my master bathroom fully renovated.Asim spoke to my husband over the phone and agreed to come to our house so he could give us a better estimate of everything. Few days passed by but no call and no show up.I understand its a business and things come up so I called Asim again... I guess he was busy somewhere as he said he will call me back in 10 minutes but again no call.My husband contacted Asim again last week (us trying to support a local business and all) Asim remembered us contacting him last year and again agreed to come to our house last Wednesday between 10:00am - 12:00pm.My husband messaged him around 10am Wednesday to confirm (as he took time off his work) Asim messaged my husband that some emergency came up at a job site and he will get back. My husband replied that he will wait for his call. This time again, no call and no show up.We own a business as well and this is not how you treat a client. Very unprofessional.I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Asim and his team did a great job renovating our house. They always kept a clear line of communication, completed the work as scheduled and their pricing is very competitive. I have used them multiple times and the finished product is always great.

Premium Contractors team are professional and provide very timely service. They did a whole house renovation for us that was clean and completed within budget plus identified contingency. There were a few small details like tile cutting and caulking that weren’t completed so well, but I think that’s because the team lost energy because of the lockdowns that stopped services at the end of the project. Most importantly, the team conducted business with our family with kindness and respect. Definitely recommend this team for big whole house renovations.

Premium contractors did renovations for my unfinished basement. They did an amazing job bringing my vision to life, infact did a even better job. Because it was a basement of a bungalow it was very tough but he did it super amazing, and turned my basement around with all the lighting , washroom installation, flooring, shelves and closet. I would recommend everyone to Asim , hands down!
