Used them during my stay in the area a few times. Service was friendly and on time if not early. Reasonably priced, clean vehicles, (no smell ext.) In my experience this is the best taxi service in the area. Don't waste your time calling anyone else.

Well i’ve heard the owner is great and have had great experience with the drivers but today I called the number by accident (mixed up two numbers ) I didn’t realize it was the taxi place so was confused when dispatch lady asked where I was going that they don’t do online booking and I simply said “ I’m sorry i’m trying to place an order “ and she actually was the most nasty , unprofessional and rudest person I have EVER encountered “ She actually yelled at me then slammed the phone down in my ear , after making a simple mistake ! Do better Co-Op mistakes happen , tell your dispatch to attempt to act even a little professional , but as I said i’ve had great luck with drivers , this just was very uncalled for , takes a second to say you’ve got the wrong place have a good day and takes a lot less energy for her .

I called coop taxi twice today, the dispatcher managed to sent drivers to the wrong addresses TWICE, then when I called third time, he hanged up on me. I was late for an interview because of “great company” or so I thought.

Unbelievably unprofessional. Driver 270 picked up his girlfriend while driving us to our destination and made us wait in the car while his girlfriend went back to get something she had forgotten. Waited in the car for 10 minutes.

The service in itself is great and they used to be great in general but I really wish Uber would finally come to PEI because none of these cabs are reliable. They do not pick up when you call and sometimes when they do, it takes ages for them to get to you. They never have enough cabs especially on weekends. There’s a shortage!!!

When you prebook this is the best taxi service on PEI. Good, timely service every time. Getting them on short notice can be hard, but that seems to be the case with all taxi services on PEI.

The thought about my cab ride to the airport:1) The driver didn’t help at all with the luggage - in or out;2) The driver didn’t say a word the entire time, although I tried to engage him in friendly conversation;3) The driver then charged more than the posted legal maximum for a ride to the airport from Charlottetown.First, last, and only time I will use them. Zero stars if I could.

One star given because a least we had a phone number.We were staying at the KOA campground and phoned to get a taxi into the Confederation Center for a play last night. Called three times and got no answer. Not very good service, I’d now recommend calling “City Taxi”. We called them, they answered immediately and we had our taxi to our campground site in 15 minutes!!!

The Drivers are always fast and friendly,and don't over charge you by charging you more than the fair actually is..
