Throughout our visit our server, Lu Lui and the manager, Joe were attentive and polite. The food variety was great although the restock in select items took time as the restaurant was busy. We love this location and always come here because the staff are so welcoming and kind.

This is my 2nd time going here and tried dining for two with my wife. The servers are really nice. We were served by Paula , Raymond and Lily. Very accomodating and very nice, Paula always ask if we need something whenever she comes on our table. They always clear plate after you eat. Food is good, service is good and ambiance is good. All in all not bad for a brunch service.

The decorum was amazingly decorated celebrating Canada Day. The service was warm and welcoming by both the managers and the staff. 10/10

Food, customer service was amazing! Lily as a server was Fantastic ! ❤️ We will definitely be back! Everything from freshness and quality of food to the atmosphere was fabulous! Great way to celebrate any occasion!

One thing I can say about Mandarin from going here in my teen years to this day as a mom of a toddler, service has always been consistently excellent. Glasses are never empty for long, so we never really had to try and get a server’s attention for refills.Food is good, but obviously a more Westernized version of mainly Chinese food. Great value for lunch, but dinner is pretty much the same with a couple additional proteins. We go here many weekends at opening time to get a table by the fish tank because our toddler loves watching the fish. We usually have Raymond, Lily or Shawn as the server and they are always wonderful and recognize us by now. One of the owners once introduced himself to the tables including ours and welcomed everyone. Very kind and welcoming.Very kid-friendly and such a nice smart detail by providing straw recyclable plastic cups for toddlers to minimize spills!! THANK YOU! I wish more restaurants do this.Clean and organized restaurant. I recommend making reservations for weekends as it gets busy.

The place is really accommodating, lots of parking around the restaurant. Inside… patrons have lots of room to go around, the food selections and displays are substantial and delicious! The bar is second to none, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. For your next birthday or wedding celebrations, choose mandarin at Copper Creek, Markham.. You wouldn’t be disappointed!

It's a tough market for buffet restaurants ever since the pandemic with many places closing down. I think this Mandarin location will suffer the same fate, as they were not busy during the holiday season. If they want to survive against other AYCE restaurants (sushi, hot pot, Dragon Legend/Pearl), they need to revamp their menu and offer more premium quality food.

Came during lunch, the atmosphere was peaceful. Excellent service from Lily, she was super nice. During weekday lunches they have a service called small eats" where you order individual foods
