I've only had the pleasure of speaking with Dr basson over the phone since covid but he's really helped me out when my family doctor goes out of town or is too busy. Receptionist is also very sweet and polite. Basson is friendly and seems to care even if it's through the phone. Thanks to these lovely people:)

I might be lucky but this is something I've never seen or heard of in any other clinics: Rika, the assistant, replied my email in 8 min, and got me an appointment the next day (while other doctors are 1~1.5 months out).The doctor is trustworthy.

Dr Basson is a great dr, my 10 yr old son was misdiagnosed at another clinic. He diagnosed him with cellulitis, immediately the course of treatment worked. I'm forever grateful
