I came into this location with my dog. I was looking for new dog food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They educated me about what food to buy based on my dogs needs. I was so impressed with their knowledge . They also showed me some new healthy treats for my dog. She loves them soooo much. I definitely recommend going to this location. It’s clean, tidy and the staff are super helpful.

I actually love this location not only for the food choices but the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I visited here yesterday to purchase food for my dogs. The cashier was so kind and charismatic and has offered previously to help me bring my items to the car. I am really pleased with the stores availability of products. Highly recommend attending this location if your'e looking for pet food with customer service excellence.

If I could give zero stars at this place I would. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. My mom and I came in with our dog (who is in training). A staff working there wanted to pet our dog and I told the staff to not pet our dog, and the staff complied. Then another staff came, an older lady, and she wanted to pet my dog. I told her to not pet my dog and this lady asked “why” and I explained to her why and that my dog is in training and I’m working on her excitement issues, which causes leash reactivity. And then the lady rudely said, “That’s why you should have other people to help you.” What on earth is that supposed to mean. I should be letting you to pet my dog? ABSOLUTELY NOT. If I tell you to not pet my dog, then just listen. If you want to pet a dog, then get your own dog to pet; don’t pet mine. I’m allowed to bring her into places and I’m allowed to tell people who come up to my dog to not pet her. She is MY dog.I do not recommend coming here. Certain staff are rude, have no listening skills, and have no idea what customer service is.

I’ve been reluctant to leave a review because I have been shopping here forever, however, I try to avoid this specific store now. There’s a new older lady working who always makes me feel uncomfortable. I have severe anxiety and a service dog and one of the times I went in, she tried everything to be able to feed my dog and I kept saying no. I used allergies as an excuse and she told me how I need to get her allergy tested then and went on about the food I’m giving her and how it’s chicken and bad (the food she’s been on for 7 years) and like I said, I just wanted NO to mean NO. This was months ago. So I stopped bringing my dog in. Now tonight I ran in at 15 mins before closing and the same lady asked me if I was getting dog food or cat food. I said both. She sighed and looked over towards the cat isle and I looked and noticed someone was moping. Clearly there was some issues with me dirtying the floor. Then I asked a question about the coupons I was GIVEN months ago and she sighed again and stated they are only for people who adopt. However, I HAVE THE BOOK! So clearly I can use them. The entire thing was so uncomfortable that I’m just never going back. I turned around and walked out without my pet food. I’ll go to the friendly pet valu on upper middle from now on. It’s unfortunate how ONE staff member can ruin an entire store.

Phenomenal staff, very friendly, helped me get my cats on a food my they absolutely love, and a very healthy one at that. Anna was amazing as well as all the rest of the staff. Ill most definitely be returning for all my pet needs!
