I visited the store around last week to shade match and find a foundation. The girls working there were kind, specially the girl who helped me pick the foundation. She patiently asked for what kind of product I wanted and helped me choose one. The only thing that bugs me is, every time I purchase there, I ask for samples, and they always happen to run out of samples. I would recommend they up their samples game at the check out.

The checkout area is much too small, it makes the whole experience unpleasant. I'd just like arm room to use the debit machine when i'm giving u half of my paycheck. Thank u xoxo

Good selection, prices are a little high. I go here to get gifts for my daughters on their birthday or at Christmas. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of products.

I would like to mention in detail about my experience today at the store. I genuinely wanted to purchase products and appreciate representative Marriam" helping me in choosing the right products. However when I was in the store no one choose to help or greet me whereas I saw certain representative's greeting and checking to help on other customers. Felt insulted to be honest .Overall not a good experience felt little unwelcoming. My 2 cents " People with brown skin are good people too""

The staff at this Sephora are just top notch. I've always had a positive experience everytime I've shopped there. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful!

I am typically always satisfied with the service provided at my local Sephora but I have recently struggled with making a purchase regarding complexion products as they have gotten rid of the samples. When it comes to complexion products it is a very individual experience. I have been told that I need to purchase over 400$ in foundation in order to choose the best one based on how it works with my skin which is frustrating because not everyone has the ability to spare that cash until they can return the unwanted product.The biggest discrepancy with this that is the most frustrating is that this is one of the only sephoras that does not provide samples anymore. If I want to test a product I now have to go out of the country to do so :(PLEASE WINDSOR SEPHORA BRING BACK SAMPLES!

The store is pretty well stocked but the employees aren’t helpful at all. I had to ask multiple times for help and it seemed like they were almost avoiding having to do any work.
