Not the best set of acrylics I've ever gotten, actually a little sloppy around the cuticles and the guy that did them was so rough made me bleed a few fingers. Was still sore even the next day.

Very clean salon. Friendly staff. Appointment times are respected.

My go to nail salon in Brantford! Phong is great at her profession! She takes the time to ensure my nails are even and done the way I like them. She is kind and professional! They are great at accommodating schedules and I always get great service when I am there!

I’ve been to 5 different nail salons in Brantford trying to find one I really like and OPI Nails is by far my favourite. I get UV gel nails and they’re the best I’ve tried. I think I’ll be making this my regular salon.The artist was so friendly and kind and made sure I was okay with the quality of work the entire time she was doing my nails and she took her time. When I asked for a few adjustments, she happily did them - which is something I can’t say for some other places.The shape is beautiful, the quality of the gel and how well it was done is excellent. The colour is gorgeous.The actual salon is really nice and clean as well and the tools used aren’t worn out and gross - another thing I can’t say for some other salons.Again, this will probably me my regular salon as long as I’m living around Brantford!

OPI nails is the only place I will go for my nails. I always get Bio gel done and every time I leave happy with what I paid for. They do extra steps in the manicure that a lot of other nail salons miss. I always recommend OPI nails to my friends and family and will keep coming back.

I got an acrylic set done here and I am blown away by how incredible they turned out. They were EXACTLY what I asked for and I know it wasn't an easy design. The person who did my nails was patient and took the time to make sure he saw my vision the same way I did.Thank you so much :)(Also added bonus - they glow in the dark lol. I didn't ask for that and it doesn't look like they do but that was a really fun surprise)

The pedicure I received from this place was awful!. Uneven colour, sloppy design( on a standard French tip). Honestly one of the worst pedicure experience for the price I paid I should’ve received a better service, especially as first impression.Update: Went back to the salon after speaking on the phone and they CHARGED me to fix their mess after they told me they would fix it( without charge) on the phone. I explained and showed them the issue and it didn’t even matter. The rudeness I received from the salon workers was uncalled for .IF YOU ARE A BLACK WOMAN LIVING IN BRANTFORD DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Racist attitude towards me and probably other people of colour.

Ive been coming here since they opened and they are by far the best nail salon I have ever been to.They always do an amazing job! The most precise and beautiful nail art I've ever seen.It's always clean, great colour selection, and wonderful timely service.

I've gone there for a little while now and they are wonderful. Very professional, their detail is amazing and I always leave with a smile.
