Very impressed with DP Plumbing. Great communication and service, which I find is hard to come by these days. They went above and beyond for a project that, in the end, we didn’t end up needing them for but had them back to service our tankless water heater. Very prompt and friendly service - you just know they’re doing a good job and charging a fair price. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately I didn’t get a quote before using their services. I asked them to install a line from my tank to where my new stove will be. I didn’t think it would be all to much so never thought about getting a hard quote. I had sent a number of pictures showing the situation and what I needed done.The tech showed up at 10 when he was scheduled for 9. The girl at the office said he should have been there earlier when I called to inquire. So when he showed up he asked me what he was doing and that he was told next to nothing before coming to the job, and that he never seen the pictures I sent. 5 min later after walking him through the job he left to “get materials” and showed back up at 12. After punching an extra hole in the exterior of my house, that he just filled with silicone, he installed the line to my stove and a short line to my back deck for my BBQ. He was gone by 3-330.I’m not usually confrontational so I just said thanks and waited for the bill. I received a bill for 2200 and I had to express my concern on the cost this time. I said it was kind of steep and that I won’t be using his services again in the future and that I will pay it but I’m not happy. He adjusted the bill a couple hundred dollars and said his overhead costs are high. He also said that they don’t charge an hourly rate and it’s in a job basis.Maybe this is the going rates but as a tradesman myself I believe anyone charging money like this for such a small job should be ashamed of themselves.I paid the bill but won’t be using their services again. Please save yourself some time and get a hard quote prior if you plan on using their services.Get ahold of me direct if you want to see pictures of the job.Quality and price both fall short.

We recently built a new house and Devin provided the plumbing services.. He is professional and has excellent communications skills. Through out the process he kept us informed on the status of the job. He responded to emails/text in a timely manner. He did the job on time, in fact he started earlier and completed the services two weeks ahead of schedule. All this and reasonable prices.Highly recommend Devin for your future plumbing needs. I called Devin because he is very active in our community, and has a great reputation. I needed help with an outdoor gas fireplace, and he came out to look at it first thing in the morning on a weekend so that I would be able to use it again that evening. He got it working like new. Very nice guy, reasonable prices. I recommend him now over every other plumber I have used, and it is such a bonus that he will do gas as well.
