Armour Transportation Systems

Armour is terrible when it comes to safety and accountability. I was in a significant accident with an Armour truck in December 2018, in which the driver turned right in a left lane, hit my vehicle and then left the scene (right after I watched him watch my passenger pick my bumper off the road). I was lucky I had the foresight to document the plates and truck number because the company wouldn't acknowledge any wrongdoing, even with the police involved. Today, across the street from where I work, an Armour truck rear-ended a car stopped on the side of the street, pushing the vehicle up the road and leaving the scene. Right in front of two mounted police officers no less. I missed it actually happen but I was told by other witnesses what occurred and I'm currently watching the police and paramedics gather around the scene. Given what happened to me with this company I wanted to share my experience so people know what they are dealing with.

Meh, usually late and the trailers are older than midland. Not bad not great, undercuts the competition to secure contracts

we deal with these guys on a regular basis. Always great and friendly service. Always prompt and on time when they say. Always a pleasure doing business with.

They have no clue what they are doing on a good day. Definitely not one of the best managed companies in Canada dispute their claims.

This company will do anything to try to please their customers. What a great bunch of people they have working for them.

The men in the warehouse are AMAZING! The old lady in the office needs to go to anger management. They had are door for over 2 months they keep calling the wrong number to us then when I finally contacted them about it the attitude we got.

Local customer service needs improvement as they tell you that your trailer is coming on one date but then shows up the next day or even worse the next day after… no calls no updates no nothing. Driver advised me once he got here that he is unable to back in to the receiving doors due to not enough space…. Funny enough Day & Ross was there the week before with the same size trailer and they back in with out an issue..

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I never met a bunch of rude people in my entire life. They just ignored me and when I finally managed to make contact with someone all they did was talk down to me. I seriously hope that all get fired and can't find another job. EVER!!!!

They had my package but made no effort to deliver it as scheduled. I had to drive 200 km to pick it up even though I had paid for delivery to my home. I won’t buy anything from a company that uses Armour as its delivery service. No stars.

Dispatch was great once got ahold of him lol
