The First General team was very professional and helped restore our basement after a sewer backup. The restoration work they did was top-notch and was done as fast as their schedule allowed. I really appreciate all of their hard work in giving us our basement back.

First General did my home renovations due to water damage. They did an amazing job and were extremely professional and very responsive. I am very hard to please and they were patient with me, met all of my expectations and were willing to make changes when I requested. I appreciated that they were able to work around my schedule and accommodate the needs of my family as they restored my house to even better condition than it was before. I would recommend First General in a heartbeat and I look forward to completing even more renos with them in the future!

We had water damage in our cottage and had to First General as advised by the TD insurance. At first we were skeptical, but after we met with the project manager Noor and had our walk thru of the damages and the work need to be done, it turned out that him and his team did a really good work. They cleaned up the damaged area and had actually work on time to complete the job. We did have communication issue with the kitchen contractor but overall in the end the work was done to our satisfaction. Noor and his team were very responsive and did the work in timely manner. I would recommend this team for any damage repairs to your home or other properties.

Efficient and organized. Went from giant holes in the ceiling and flood damaged flooring to like brand new in a week once it was started. Recommend for sure!

Having a fire is so stressful. So, it was great having First General to do all the restoration work. Their turnaround time was amazing considering we needed so much work done.They were extremely polite, trustworthy and professional. Most of all they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend the company.
