Take your right ---- in 2017 I went to his class and I passed my first exam , suddenly he CANCELD his weekdays class because of his PARKING ISSUE ,I couldnet continue any more so I spoke with his secretary and she told me ok we will pay you the rest of your money ,so After one week I called and called again finally he told me no I will not pay you any money ,you can come weekend class and we cant do anything for you , I'm new comer so I am so busy with my immigration things also on that time my first son was born ,I PROMISSE all of you I will take my right and I will post every step here for some people become sacrificed with this kind of company and they didn't know they right , All the best , AMIR ATABAK ESMAEILI POUR .

ROBBED ME OF $2000+ !!!I signed up here back in 2018 with the hopes of getting my real estate licence with the help of Bobs teaching. I was kind of in a hurry so on top of the weekend classes i paid for the during the week classes as well so i could finish it sooner, on top of that i also bought all the courses in full 1 through 6. so i spent a good chunk of money up front. It was all going good till Covid hit...They shut down there school and started hosting q&a's to start off i though okay maybe there trying to find out a way for online learning because the q&a's alone is not at all what i signed up for. But to my surprise that never happend. SO i paid for the services that weren't being provided to me, So as any unsatisfied customer would do i just asked for my refund. Now the first time I called they said they would have to get back to me cause some lady named Lily" wasn't in

There are a lot of negative reviews on Bob Refani online, and I don't understand why. I took Course 2 with him after failing once; I was referred to him by one of my father's colleagues (who are both in real estate). I researched about his tutoring company a lot and read the negative reviews but still decided to purchase his tutoring classes. On the first day I was shocked to see the hallway filled with students, almost no room to breathe. The class of approximately 70-80 people is packed with students young and old, eager to learn about real estate. Bob does a great job at answering questions and providing only RELAVANT information to exam context. He will provide you with a package of review questions, that if you study, you are guaranteed to pass. He has a great system in place and I would recommend him to anyone, now I understand why his classes are so packed. I obviously passed on my second attempt, and also decided to take course 3 with him. Since I registered before the OREA change to complete all 5 courses, I've now completed all 3 courses and I'm licensed!Thank you BOB.Your student,Michelle M.
