The service at the Vaughan Mills location was the best that I’ve received in a long time. Elinora and Skylar, the 2 salesgirls that served me are both wonderful and lovely people. Sales are way too aggressive and there's one cashier gentleman attitude is talking down to customer. Product is great but they need a better training on selling their products.

My favorite store. High quality with good service. Shoes are great. Past couple of years other apparel like tshirts and pants are added and very good too.

Customer service is top notch. I can be quite indecisive but John-Phillip was extremely patient, helpful and gave me great suggestions of what pairs well together. I'm so happy I found this place. Will definitely be coming back

These guys are just wonderful and the support from Johnston and Murphy customer service is JUST FANTASTIC!!!!!Bought boots, they kind of fell apart after about 4-5 months of use, received a full refund after returning them via mail at there cost (sent me a return label)They were pleasant to deal with and they really stand behind their products.Very impressed!
