Courant Plus

Extremely slow delivery. Package has been scanned 4 days in a row for delivery within 20kms. I called Courant Plus and was supposed to receive a call back regarding delivery (no call back). 4 days overdue. After reading reviews, its clear that service has declined over time. I called again, my delivery is scheduled for Jan.9, 6 days late. Update to follow.

There is poor service & then there is NO service, well guess what, they should write Pas de Courant. They processed the merchandise at 08h56 on the 29th of Nov and was suppose to get it that day but it never came. Been waiting ever since then. No Calls, nothing and to top it off, No weekend service. Unprofessional.

Terribad. I don't mind that they are late due to Black Friday rush but there has been zero updates since the confirmation of order until over 1 week later the delivery guy calls me out of the blue ona Sunday morning out of nowhere asking if I am home. I said yes, not really knowing what it is for, 5min later he calls me again saying he is outside with my packages. I tell him to ring my condo # so that I can open the lobby door for him and he can put it inside the lobby. The guy REFUSES to do so and won't explain why, only saying that he can't do it". I had no choice put to tell him to leave it outside and rush downstairs to make sure the package is not stolen. Ridiculous! Even 3rd party amazon delivery companies have the courtesy to ring the buzzer and leave our packages at the very least in our lobby. Some even deliver the packages straight to our units door. But nope

The owner was super friendly and really went above and beyond to help!

I am happy I finally found a delivery service which I can trust to actually deliver my package in a good state in a timely manner. They took the time to follow my instructions and I am never going back to other delivery services.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. No company knocks at doors anymore, Amazon, FedEx, Purolator, Canada post etc. This Neanderthal delivery services driver knocked super HARD and obnoxiously. When I came to the door (she was back at the vehicle) to tell her it's not nessesary since she made my dog bark and woke up my two young babies, she came closer to my house and started yelling at me. I simply slammed the door out of surprise/fear. This woman was rude and a little crazy, driver's should be notified knocking is not nessesary and maybe given mental health days.

I gave 2 star because it was delivered next day.But it was dropped out side lobby, driver didn't even enter the building.No call by intercom, wasn't delivered to an apartment. It's miracle the package wasn't stolen.
