My vehicle was new During my rental period, I encountered no issues whatsoever. The vehicle performed flawlessly, and I felt safe and secure throughout my journey. In the event that I had any questions or concerns, the company's customer service was readily available and responsive. Their representatives were courteous, patient, and genuinely interested in assisting me.

Great service with one flaw. Everyone was professional and courteous, especially Amit. The rental experience was great overall and the car was excellent.My only gripe is that it was not clear how to order the shuttle service from the airport. I called the hotel where the rental is located, but they were unable to help me.Otherwise great experience, and very reasonable price.

I've rented from here twice and both times they have provided exceptional service. Friendly staff with clean and modern cars. Won't push you to buy their insurance nor make you provide proof of your own insurance. And the best rates on weekly rentals!

Great service with helpful staff, fair prices, and local ownership that cares about customer experience. Rates were better than the big brands, location is convenient to the airport, and they gave me a ride back to my hotel when I did the return. I'll be back to rent from City Car & Truck Rental again.

I booked a car for the week, upon arrival they free upgraded to a better model. Staff was helpful and whole process was simple and smooth. Prices are reasonable.Car was clean and in really good condition. I used rental vehicles in same caring way as I do for my own car.Same happened when I returned the car, handing over done smoothly.

Ok, honest opinion..... definitely the cheapest vehicle rental I could find in GTA. The only problem I found with this place was the person taking money(deposit/holds).. he was an absolute jerk. The issue was the communication of the deposit being held. When telling people it's a pre authorization be sure that customers are aware of the hold and don't be confused about how it's advertised. Other than that the vehicle was as advertised and on running condition.

Very good customer service, I’ve damaged the car and the rental company was very professional and informative and honest in resolving my issue. They provided the full documents that i needed to get reimbursed from my insurance company with no complications. They gave me a brand new car even a free upgrade at the counter. The shuttle bus service was convenient and quick. Thanks guys great job. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to you guys.

Good service from pick up to drop off.Very good condition car too.The service to collect from the airport is great.Be aware though as unlimited miles is not unlimited it’s 200KM per day. We did have to change our travel plans to due to this

I would give “NO star” if I could!They’re falsely advertising to be located at airport, when in actual reality they are at at least 10 minutes shuttle away, which requires a train ride to a specific station. Sure, the train ride is free, but imagine having anything besides a backpack on your back, the trek to get pick up by the shuttle is ridiculous.The walk thru is lack luster at best, I had to point out multiple stain and starches, I took multiple pictures and video because I do not trust this company.The car clearly is not clean properly in between renters, when I pointed it out the car was not clean after the previous rental, the staff claimed because they were closed the day before. What kind of an excuse is that? I would recommend reading the fine print carefully, there are multiple administrative fees for each traffic violation.Because of their remote location you have to rely on their shuttle service to drive you back to the airport, meaning you must not only factor in the extra time that it may take for them to rearrange the drivers, but this also mean pick up or drop off out of business hour is impossible! The $200 difference was absolutely not worth the chaos and hassle.

These guys are real good, professional, hard working, and understanding. They upgraded my car rental, the csr was clean, new and drove well. I had booked online so everything was smooth at pickup and dropoff. I'd recommend booking with them.The shuttle to get to the car rental place is from Viscount station at the airport, and their office is a 10 min shuttle drive.
