The place is reliable, and a go-to for when you've shopped at YIG for dinner ingredients and then forgot that you had no wine at home to accompany your meal. They're also super fast. I stop in nearly every time that I find myself at Massine's, which is weekly.

Don't ask for the manager's name, you will be told that they are not allowed to give the manager's name. As a manager in the service industry I have never seen this; This was truly my worst customer service experience ever. If the manager is reading this review...why do you not give out your name to customers with concerns?

Well stocked even tho it's a tiny store inside Massines grocery store but the staff is great and the selection is right on par. Hey if you work at the grocery store you can always make a quick stop before the store closes for a bottle to drink after your shift

DO NOT ORDER from this place through a delivery service. I was sent the entirely wrong item. I only noticed once I opened the bottle and took a sip. They offered to pay the difference between the two items. I told them I would not accept a partial refund for an item that I did not order and did not like and they refused to refund me because the bottle had been opened. Completely unacceptable and in fact illegal... A vendor cannot legally charge a customer for an item they did not consent to pay for.

Rob was an incredible help. Very knowledgeable and you can tell he drew his recommendations from his own experiences. Was friendly and an absolute pleasure to talk wine with. I left with a greater knowledge of wines and with exactly what I was looking for.

Rob is a kind fellow. Seems to really know his wines. Recommended a fantastic red wine at a surprisingly low price. Was lovely to speak to him. He has this good energy that makes you smile. ♥♥♥

Friendly staff, 99% of the time have what I’m looking for and if not they make good alternative suggestions. Love trying the samples esp seasonal. The Cartier Irish Cream’s they have are delicious.

Really great place with interesting and purely local selection. Our wine guide was Rob and he was an absolute gem. He shared a lot about Canadian wines, regional differences, and how the local wines compare to their global counterparts. I love places like this that don't make you feel like nothing more than a transaction.
