Not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from, been going to EZ for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. Staff there has always been kind and knowledgeable. Every staff member is friendly, answers all questions and always gives the promos that are advertised! Love this store, and will always be my go to place.

I have been shopping at EZ-Vape Kamloops for the last 2 years and they are have given me consistently helpful and kind guidance. The staff is knowledgeable and offer great suggestions. Walking into the store, the staff remembers what I often buy and offers great suggestions on new products. Bob and Lexi are super attentive and always ask how my day is. It always feels like walking into a familiar place when they are working. Top shelf customer service.

Great service, great staff. Points system is great. Only thing holding back from 5 star, is lack of flavors. G-core specifically. Can only have so much of frozen grape, and berry.
